Join Brownsville Parks & Recreation Department for a vibrant afternoon of music, culture, and community at the Black History Month 2025 Festival on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 1pm to 4pm.

Celebrate the rich heritage, culture, and contributions of African Americans in the Rio Grande Valley at the Black History Month Festival! This year’s theme, Our Ancestors’ Wildest Dreams, honors the past, celebrates the present, and inspires the future.
